1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services at UAS Innovation doing business as Life Fit Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Services Offered
Our testing and other services provide input to potential insights regarding your training, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors. We are not medical providers and do not provide diagnosis or treatment of any diseases or medical conditions.
- DEXA Scans: For assessing bone density and body composition.
- VO2 Max, Submax, and Lactate Testing: For evaluating cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity.
- Resting Metabolic Rate: For measuring the number of calories burned at rest
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current health information for correct test interpretation.
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect the testing procedures.
- Follow all pre-test and in-test instructions provided to ensure accuracy of results.
- Respect the safety, confidentiality, and privacy of others when in our facility.
4. Payment and Appointments
- Payment in full is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged and are non-refundable. If for some reason we can’t complete the test, we will reschedule and re-adminster the test at a mutually agreeable time and date.
- We do not accept insurance or file insurance claims on your behalf.
- We request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
We accept various payment methods, processed securely by third-party providers - Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable.
5. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIfe Fit Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- While we strive for accuracy, test results should be discussed with a healthcare provider for medical interpretation. We are not liable for misuse or misinterpretation of the test results.
- We are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from exercises or activities suggested based on test results without consulting a medical professional.
- Testing may involve physical exertion, and there is a risk of discomfort or injury. We do not have medical professionals on-site.
- You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before engaging in tests if you have any medical conditions.
- Life Fit Labs is not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or adverse effects arising from the use of our services. Results are provided as-is, and Life Fit Labs makes no guarantees regarding accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose
6. Intellectual Property
- All content provided by Life Fit Labs, including reports and data visualizations, is our property. You may use this for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice for any breach of these Terms or at our discretion.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be posted here and we will update the “last updated” date at the beginning of the Terms of Use section
10. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Fit Labs regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Waiver: The failure of Life Fit Labs to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
